The Abinger Hatch, Abinger Common

Lovely pub, with an attitude problem. Not sure that this pub knows what it is trying to be. Restaurant/ Gastro Pub or country pub? Set in a lovely location and a comfortable place to relax. Have been several times and feel that the owner / manager is rude and disinterested in engaging 'non regulars. On a recent visit, instead of serving us, he prefered to clear glasses from tables. Prices are ridiculous. 1 pint and 2 shandy pints over �11. The website is misleading as it is not friendly to walkers in my view. Whilst there on the recent visit, witnessed the manager remove a couple from a table in the restaurant who were having a drink. restaurant was half empty, manager was very rude about this.
