The New Inn, Send

The new inn is located in Send on the River Wey. The pub is a nice "summer" pub however less desirable during the colder months. The inside of the pub has tried to keep the old English traditional pub theme going but is in desperate need of some tender loving care. The pub has a garden to the rear which sits on the river and is lovely to in during a summer�s day however be warned the sun disappears behind the trees early on in the afternoon. The front of the pub also has a small seating area which is situated on a grotty run down concrete patio with benches that all rickety and on their last legs which I feel lets down the pub being that the front of the pub is the first thing you see. The drinks are expensive �3.10 for a pint minimum and the food over priced and not very nice. Overall I would say that this was a pub for people passing by on walk who where in need of a drink to complete their journey.
