The Railway, Finsbury Park

I visited this pub recently and I have to say what a great pub. Sure, it has it's downside- sad flat pints and the smell of a hamster cage that hasn't been cleaned for 18 months- but hey, no ones perfect!

The Blackstock, Finsbury Park

This is the worst pub I've ever been to in my life. It is full of old depressed looking alcoholics. The bands are hopeless and I'm amazed they get people to pay to go in there.

The Railway, Finsbury Park

This is a rather strange pub. One night its full Geordie's "mouthin' off", the next its DOA. I remember clearly being verbally attacked by a guy in a baseball hat with a small, dark look in his face. "Mayo, mayo," he was shouting. Nice Guinness, mind.
