Last time in this pub for sunday lunch got served after 1 hour wait,going back today (after several months)complained after 1/2 an hour then got served our meal. It was not worth the wait.The service and food were terrible this pub deserves a 0 rating I only wish it was possible to give it a Minus rating.

I last wrote about this pub in 2009. I have just spent Sunday evening 16/01/2011 in here, one uninterested male behind the bar (no customer skills). i watched a group of five customers order a meal four arrived at the same time when the other customer asked about his meal the female server shouted "its coming" it arrived 11 minutes later (the others had nearly finished their meal).What an advert for Wetherspoons, Tim Martin and according to the magazine i read Wetherspoons their exceptional customer service commitment.

Please help, sometimes i question my sanity, I keep returning to my local pub and i don't know why?. The last time i came i ordered a bottle of Chardonnay and a pint of Ale to be told neither were available ..... Is this a pub or still Woolworths ????? At least if was still Woolworths, the staff would be trained in customer service and help with my order instead of a blank look. For any newcomers the lack of service, knowledge and waiting times are generally atrocious.On Wednesday Quiz night more customers in the pub, more waiting time less service, the same uninterested staff,again more profit for Wetherspoons no money for charity.How does this PUB equate to Wetherspoons customers service statement?
