Hightown Hotel, Hightown

I Have never felt the need to make a bad comment/review until now but after reading some of the other reviews i can see its not just me. Poor food, long waits and arrogant, ignorant manager called Geoff who is so far up his own a**e, he wont accept acknowledge any complaints "if you dont like it dont come attitude" Apart from the overworked bar staff i couldnt say a good word about it, it just gets worse year after year *** AVOID ***
