The Talbot Hotel, Tregaron
Drank at Y Talbot for the first time at the week-end and it fully lives up to the glowing recommendation contained in the latest CAMRA Good Beer Guide. The Evan Evans Best Bitter was excellent and my friends enjoyed their Double Dragon and Oracle (from Salopian Brewery). I stayed overnight - the rooms are also excellent and breakfast top notch. Not all roads lead to Tregaron but this place is well worth a detour if you are within striking distance.
