The Pack O Cards Inn, Combe Martin

I also visited this pub in May 2008 whilst on holiday with my family,our food was excellant and prepared by a London trained chef, who alledgedly worked in Petrus ,a restaurant owned by Gordon Ramsey,mind you we did have to wait for approx 35 mins,but it was freshly cooked and not the usual boil-in-the-bag that is usually served in most pubs,
the staff were friendly and helpful,the beer was exceptional,(the best pint of Directors that I have had for a long time)
the garden was very well laid out with pretty good (but dated) facilities for our children.
definately would recommend this pub
