Flan O'Briens, Bath

What a great traditional Irish bar. The management is friendly and the beer is reasonable. Hard to find a decent pub like this in a city centre and you have 2 in the same street. If you fancy a change of scenery you can alternate from your Traditional Irish bar to your Traditional English bar by walking 20 metres up the road and into the Grapes!! Great Location and great pub!

The Grapes, Bath

This pub is beautifully traditional. It is a must see for people visiting the Bath area. The staff are friendly and very informal. The food was cheap.... But surprisingly really good food especially at that price. It's a Bath city centre pub with student and everyday prices. They also celebrate events such as St. George's day etc. Its like your local in the centre of town. What you see is what you get. I loved this pub because there is always a "knees up" atmosphere. I felt safe and so do numerous other students and your average Joe who I saw drinking in there. Will go back again when in Bath next! Cheap and very cheerful
