The Ranelagh, Bounds Green

Wow. You are funny. I thought this site was to give opinions, thats what i did so no need for your 'witty' replies. We clearly see from your posts Mr goat_boy that the ranelagh is not your type of place to drink in, well in my opinion that saves the rest of us that drink their from your negative presence. Id be interested to see what type of establishment you do drink in. In any case i gave my opinion, thats all i wanted to do.

The Ranelagh, Bounds Green

havingjust movedto the areas.I was pleasedto see such a greatestablishmntsocloseto my house. When I decided to try it out, I aske a member of barstaff about the area and the pub itself and she was more then happy to tell me off all the amenities in the area and close by and of course the entertainment they provided in the pub (quiz on Tues, Open Mic on Thurs etc)
I enjoyed the atmosphere of the pub (it was a chilled out Weds when i was there-Wine for a tenner-NICE!) I Since then i have returned many times and have been there on every night of the week,yes it has been busy at times but the staff always try their best and do it with a smile...More staff might be a solution but for now at least they try, so what more can you ask. I have eaten there afew times and have never had any complaints about the food or the price. I feel you get what you pay for. Over all Im glad i love near such a friendly pub, that has a great atmosphere, is frequented (mostly) by nice friendly people and has hardworking staff that smile and have a bit of banter with tehe customers rather then serving them with a scowel and banging the drinks out, like some pubs ive been too.
All in all...If you live in Bounds Green, go to the Ranelagh, we're lucky to have such a nice pub on our doorstep!
