The George, Hammersmith

I see from previous comments it was a mistake to go in this pub! However I thought I would add to the ever growing list of people to confirm that the staff are rude and aggressive. (These comments do not concern the Russian barmaids who served us first but the management).

Meeting a few friends before a gig at the Apollo a few days ago we had a couple of pints with no problem. However following the gig we returned for a drink shortly before closing time. We were met by different bar staff who looked at us like we were scum saying they were closed. Within moments the manager came over and herded us backwards out the door. The sort of bloke you could tell was just itching to punch someone. Nice!
