The Crown, Great Horwood

Really friendly pub, popped in after a visit to Bletchley. Sadly didn't get to eat as kitchen only opened at 630 but we'll be back

The Bell, Winslow

Don't bother with this place if you have children. This place is a souless interior within a beautiful exterior and the main bar, despite being almost empty, was only for adults. We were directed to 'the other bar' which was dark and had tables barely big enough for one person to eat off let alone a family. The other approved area was essentially an entrance hall with a giant tv showing masterchef (perhaps the chefs needed tips). Definitely would never go there again

Essence, Kingston

Quite an odd "pub" really. Nice sitting outside in the sun but inside has loads of weird chez lounges and is quite club like.

The Albany, Thames Ditton

Used to be a really nice pub but found it a bit stuffy and pretentious when i visited. Don't call yourself a pub if you're a restaurant and insist on bookings even in the middle of a Sunday afternoon when not overly busy. On the plus side the food was good when finally got to order(if expensive) and the South African who served us was very friendly

The Maid of Muswell, Muswell Hill

Great pub. The service was fantastic and the menu looked good. A really friendly pub with a great mix of customers.
