quite a pub actually, yet to try the food but the beer is nearly always on top form, and even if they don't serve one you want, some of the bar staff will actually reccomend a pub that does. top place to go for a pint in the middle of the day, just don't try squeezing inside on the Mathew Street Festival, you won't!

fantastic pub, some very friendly regulars, even when i got caught using the wrong toilet (accident!), you can get a few dirty looks though if you're wearing trainers, varied ale at times, and decent bar staff

Probably my favourite pub now, great food and an ideal place to go for a pint or few of Deuchars, friendly regulars from different backgrounds and great staff

Love all the old poster, and generally some of the best bar staff in Liverpool, plus tequila at �1 a shot, what more do ya want?

Can get far too busy at the bar some nights, but if you're looking for a few decent shots its not bad to go for an hour or so. Plus the wallpaper apparently cost thousands

A great pub, some quality staff in there, especially the blonde guy (Dave?) and the beer is top notch, loads of staff in from Asda across the road at times, but pretty friendly and great for watching the match in
