The Taverna Lounge Bar, Rothesay
A 35ml shop. The singer on Friday and Saturday is Margaret Zavaroni when the place is packed. Bar service efficient and friendly. Bright and plastic decor.

Sadly a new owner took over in 2008 and the pub has started a downhill journey.
Promised improvements were just dreams. The beer garden is a disgrace � broken tables, tubs with weeds growing from them, dangerous plastic chairs and benches which are weather-beaten.
On the positive side Robin still plays on Friday and Saturday. The atmosphere is friendly and some of the staff (notably Christine) are excellent although you will be lucky if the owner (Brian) has anything to say to you.
