The Drayton Court, West Ealing

Best pub in Ealing!
HUGE beer garden, massive inside as well, has a pool table and nice Fullers beers. The staff is friendly and always ready to help.
On the other hand it's a bit expensive and the food is not great...
But still, very nice!

Ben Crouch's Tavern, Fitzrovia

Sadly the place is really going downhill... Not sure if it's because the Eerie Pub company doesn't exist any more, but it's lost a lot of its mock-gothic, dark charm.
Friendly staff and crowd, but the music gets worse with time and the food isn't amazing... Also for people who've been going for a while, you'll notice it's now much brighter in there and very sanitised now (a lot of the d�cor is gone) which is a shame.
Still, good for a quick pint central.

The Social, Fitzrovia

Great bar, where they serve very very good cocktails. The staff is always very friendly, and they play good music. Does get busy but worth a try!

The Globe, London Bridge

Possibly the most horrible experience I've had in a London pub.
A very aggressive woman, who I assume was the owner, had a long racist tirade at my foreign friends for moving a chair (!). Apparently, we're not to move a chair because we're not in our living room, and also where do bloody foreigners think they are, "I'm a Londoner and I know what I like and it's not bloody foreigners" (sic).
Never felt so ashamed, still sends chills down my spine.
Also expensive, filthy, and had a fly in my drink, but after the tirade these were mere details.
Avoid avoid avoid.
