The Oddfellows Arms, Pinner

Agree, best pub in Pinner for a nice, quiet pint with your mates. Bring back some more real ales!!!

The Nelson, Wheathampstead

Nice pub. Very freindly young member of staff who offered to let me try a couple of beers before deciding. I know that's not rocket science but all too often these days they don't! All the regulars were very freindly as well.

The John Bunyan, Coleman Green

Nice looking pub in an excellent location and a very nice pint of McMullen Cask Ale. However they seem to be doing somethign wrong as it was pretty much dead on a scorching Saturday afternoon. We had come by this pub on a walk and the previous pub we had encountered (poor location and in urgent need of a refirb) was packed out!

The Coach and Horses, Newgate Street

Very impressed with this place and great for a summers day (or even a spring day at the moment!). We stopped off during a local walk and the staff were very freindly. IPA and Adnams went down a treat. Food was very good, we ordered a ploughmans each which was the best I have had in a long while.
