The Chilworth Arms, Chilworth

It's in chilworth so it does what it says on the tin. A Chilworth pub for Chilworth people. Very expensive.

Walkabout, Southampton

This walkabout it the same as all the other walkabouts, but I like them so that's ok. I always have a good laugh here. Not too keen on the Aussie beer though

The Lizard Lounge, Southampton

This is the place to be seen.....if you're a poser. It's a shame cos it's got potential but if you're not long legged and lovely or ultra-trendy forget it. Crap music too

Seymours, Southampton

not too many chavs in sight, nice relaxed atmosphere, one to add to the list.

The Bridge Inn, St Denys

nice old-fashioned boozer, the landlord was a chef so the food is good, particularly sunday lunches.

The Giddy Bridge, Southampton

This pub is a great pre-match venue but you can't get in a football shirt after the match. You can't beat the price of the drinks and pre-match banter can be lively.

The Hogshead, Southampton

This pub serves draught Hoegaarden which alone makes it worth a visit. The atmosphere is ok but don't bother on a matchday.

The Red Lion, Southampton

this pub is lovely, and I would highly recommend the carvery on a Sunday. We must do something to stop proper pubs like this disappearing.

The Crown Inn, Southampton

very friendly pub with a good atmosphere. Very very popular. You must get there early if you want a table. Well cooked reasonably priced food. This pub is a firm favourite with my family for birthdays etc. They serve draught Hoegaarden which makes me happy. If you want to eat I would recommend phoning and reserving a table.
