Recently had a very poor meal at the boot. It was a Sunday evening and the food took ages to come out and some of it was cold. The guys behind the bar spent most of the time stuck behind the bar when they needed to clear tables and serve food.
The boot is OK if you want something with chips and its hit or miss for service.

further to my other comments, I had a meal here recently the food was ok but the service was very slow. it wasn't that busy, they just don't seem to know what they are doing and the duty manager was rubbish.

On a recent visit had a really good meal, its is definately a restaurant! Service was good and its nice to see a changing menu.
The staff were really nice too.
I was pleasantly surprised because from the outside it looks like any old pub.

This seems to be the party pub for Seaford. Lots of almost 18 year olds and alco pops. It has decent decor and for what it is it seems fine.
Only complaint they seem short staffed. Sat night at 7.30 only one barman!

I have been here a couple of time and it was packed. The drinks were good and the staff served quickly. It has a nice garden with good views I didn't eat there but people who were seemed more than happy with what they got.
I never knew it as it was before, but it seems fine to me.

I have been a few times and always found this a nice place to have a drink, good mix of ages and good no smoking area. The food is good and the staff friendly.
The Decor is old style pub and it may be fake(see other post) but its a lot nicer than some of the tatty old boozers in Seaford

This could be a nice pub, but its a mess inside needs a refurb or a good clean at least. Very cheap menu with food to match. Your better off having fish and chips down the road.
