Its a place to go for a late drink. No trouble in there usually. Sometimes service is slow.
Visited by gays. I have seen a man dressed as a woman, two men kissing and women holding hands. If you don't mind that its great.

Visited here on Saturday 1st October. Good beer, nice atmosphere.
They sell Greek and Spanish tapas. Food is disappointing but cheap enough.

The Quaker Coffee House, Darlington
Great beer. Pub a bit small especially when your rolling about a bit.
A pub that sells proper beer.
Only criticism is its a bit scruffy.

Number 22 Alehouse and Canteen, Darlington
At last a decent pub! Beer is excellent. There is no music just quality beer and wine.
No bloody Fosters thank god!. Lager is Bitburger. STrong and tasty. Best beer is White Boar.
If only all pubs were like this. Aren't we sick of pub chains who cater just for kids!

I visited here on Saturday 7th October. The toilets were a disgrace and were in need of urgent repairs.
Someone had been sick over the carpet in the main room.
I would not let my girlfriend use the toilets here and we left quickly. We will not return here.
