Hello again, yes Penfold (assuming that the lady in question was the lady I remember talking to) did not sit back and leave us unaware fo her food complaints, and was refunded the full amount for the nachos, as for the burger 'issues' there were none at the time of asking, and it was certainly a clean plate that came back to the kitchen. We appreciate comments wether positive or negative we are trying to make Ye Olde White Hart a place where familys, couples, friends and strangers can enjoy a warm cosy atmosphere with great standards.
As for the ales management are taking on requests and where possible we are providing the ales that are asked for by our customers, prime example is Abbot Ale last week and Sharps Doombar this week, if your favourite tipple does sell out rather quickly then we know to order more next time round :)
Just a quick advertisment Sundays we now offer a full table service to customers wishing to dine in the Tapestry room (although no reservation is required we are filling up and staying full until around 4 iin the afternoon now so maybe it is advisory, also Mothers Day is the 23rd April and we have already started taking bookings, so if you would like to reserve your table then call on 01276622816. Hello Penfold, i apologise that your food was not up to your standards, and in the case of the Nachos you are not alone. The Chefs have to follow the company specifications, and due to the new layout of the Nachos not meeting the expected requirements of our customers we are trying to change the specification so that they can revert to the nachos served with grated melted cheese on top, thank you for your input on that topic without knowing what the customer wants we cannot start to change things if and when required. I was serving that day and I do recall (providing nobody else ordered a Nachos and a Big Ben burger) that you were offered and given a full refund on the nachos, I do hope that you will return to Ye Olde White Hart, and give us another chance.
As for the signage that is completley out of our control, however although famous is a littel too far, our roast dinners have been very well recieved and complimented upon, with no complaints made to the team at all.
Thank you though for your positive comment about the team, We have a lovely team in place, and with a little help from customers like yourselves telling us what you do and do not want then we can as I say try to put any necessary changes in motion to make Ye Olde White Hart as great as it can be.

Firstly let me introduce myself, I am Katie and I will be one of the Team Leaders at the soon to be opened Ye Olde White Hart. The pub is due to open to the general public from Friday evening, we have a very enthausiastic team in training as we speak, preparing for the re-launch of this venue. We are pleased to announce that the pub has been refurbished to a very very high standard, and that those standards will be maintained through every aspect of the business.
To all those who have complained about the atmosphere of The White Heart as it was formally I ask you to please come back to us once we have re-opened and give Ye Olde White Hart a chance, we are leaving the pubs past well and truly in the past, with fu can fresh faces, and much much more then a quick paint job we are all willing to give the people of Frimley, and those from further afield a chance to see what Ye Olde White Hart experience will be about, and a pub that you will want to bring your friends and family too for a lovely meal or a quick bottle of wine after work.
We endeavor to make Ye Olde White Hart a talking point for all the right reasons, gone are the days of it being a 'knuckle dragging drug den', those days are gone for good.
