I don't know why but I just don't like this place. Don't get me wrong, the beer is good and stuff but I just can't get myself to be happy inside the walls of this pub.

Food is very good here - go as a meal out and you won't be disappointed.

Nice locals pub. They do karaoke and they do open mike evenings if you want entertainment. Late in the week and weekends the food is very good - only serves evening food at these times.

Been there done that worn the tee-shirt. I like this place - a great late evening pub - open after some others are closed. Yes you have to queue to get upstairs. Look if you don't want to get on the dance floor then don't queue. If you do, and there is more than one of you then why worrry. One of you can go to the bar while you queue.
If you don't want to dance then stay downstairs where it is great anyway.

This place is a bar. All these reviews saying bad this and bad that. Take a step back. If you visit a bar then you expect expense.
Positives - a good crowd, beautiful people, all ages.
Negatives - none
Get there and enjoy the best pub for all age groups in Hertford.

Always very busy. Good beers on hand pump go down a treat. Worth a visit - possibly the best pub in Gosforth.

Fullers Pub. Always London Pride on tap and a guest beer.
Good village pub - worth a visit.

The beer is very good. Can be a bit cliquey but that is true of a lot of locals anyway. Food is nice - had sausage and mash one time which was good. Atmosphere is good - never any trouble.

Posssibly the best kept beers in England. A great selection of guest beers. The atmosphere is great. The management ensures that the pub is friendly and welcoming.
My favourite pub but I live a long way away so I have to travel to visit.
