very promising from the outside, went in for sunday lunch. what a let down, meat was very tough and my 10 year old can make better roast potatoes, spoke to a few of the "regulars" and they said it has been going downhill for a few months now, shame another pub going to close soon i bet.

i had same problem the other day waiting ages for a pot of tea, but the food was quite nice and it felt safe in there.

heard it is for sale???? shame i dont see how all these pubs can compete with the swan, very difficult.good luck whoever takes it on.
