Recently re vamped. Quite nice in there now. You dont stick to the carpet anymore. Quite a lot of young people in there when I visited. Young man behind the bar very friendly and served a good pint.

Visited the Globe to discover that Jan and Ron had left! Totally different pub now. No atmosphere, grubby and dingy. Young girl behind the in need of a customer service course. Come back Jan and Ron

Great Pub....Loads of atmosphere...have spent many a summers day in the garden...quiz nights on a tuesday are good fun
