The Ramblers Rest, Chipstead

This is more of a restaurant than a pub. The food is expensive for pub food.

All Bar One, Sutton

Its a very relaxing place to go during the day of a weekend, I like going there with my wife and little boy. The food used to be very good but has been a bit hit and miss in our more recent visits.

The Tiger Inn, East Dean

This pub is in a beautiful area. The ale was delicious I was however disapointed with the food. The ploughmans was just a huge pile of lettuce leaves bread and cheese, no pickle no pickled onion, what more can I say!

The Sportsman 'Time Well Spent', Mogador

A nice pub, with a decent size beer garden both to the side and in front of it. Easy to stop and park your bike and enjoy a well deserved pint.

As everyone points out the food is on the expensive side, but I was pleasantly surprised at how fresh and tasty it was, and I am usually the first to criticise. Certainly the food is better than a lot of restaurants charging the same amount so it is fair value.

The Well House Inn, Mugswell

We discovered this pub by chance yesterday whilst taking a different route on the bikes. Great discovery, freindly and welcoming, good beer and the ploughmans was enormous and by far the best I've had in years.

Tom Sawyers Tavern, West Looe

Perfect location for a post dive drink as it is right next to the Looe Diver Centre. The food is average pub food, although I would avoid the burger. The Beer was fine as was the service.

The Bell, Walton On The Hill

Great little pub, friendly and welcoming. Surprisingly quiet for a Saturday lunchtime, this is definitely not a complaint. Food is simple and very good.

The Crooked Billet, Wimbledon Common

The food is moderatley priced and seems to be improving as it seemed to go off the boil. The pub has a warm country pub feel to it with a good atmosphere, and is perfectly located to sit outside on a warm summers eveneing. The beer is a little on the pricey side, but reflects it's location and I do find the bar staff a little on the slow side, but that hasn't stopped me from returning on many occasions.
