Railway Inn, Enfield

Brilliant place. AKA The German, as used to be run by one during the war. Reason looks empty from the front goes back to the olden days when one side of the pub was for working men with dirty boots, had bare floors and no airs and graces and the other was a bit more plush where chaps took their good ladies for the evening. Friendly atmosphere, reasonable food and good entertainment.

Pied Bull, Enfield

Great old world pub. Good food served badly and slowly. Service generally slow. No smoking is bonus. Staff could be friendlier and more helpful.

The Wonder, Enfield

Serious old world vibe - but if you talk to the regulars they're great. Sunday sing-a-long round the piano like a good east end pub rather than Enfield pub. Very Chas and Dave!! Good value drinks.

Jolly Butchers, Enfield

Great local. Good beer, good food - a little pricey but then someone got to pay to look after such a massive place. Take your own friends for a good night out as the locals prefer to keep to themselves and would rather look over there pints at you than introduce themselves.

The Old Wheatsheaf, Enfield

Lovely traditional pub that serves the most fantastic food. Food is by far the best served in Enfield Pubs and they pour a fine pint of Guinness. Clean place but a little worn. The new landlord took time out to tell us of his plans to do up the place but give him a chance he's only been there a couple of months!! These last few reviews must be from miserable arses who are far to quick to judge and set in there ways. No bloody kids allowed except in the garden and same for dogs!! Hoorah.
