The choice and quality of beer is fantastic but do watch the strength of these. I've been there umpteen times but can't recall ever leaving.

So good, when my parents come down from Scotland they always want to come here. Great beer, pizzas and atmosphere. My only complaint is that on one occasion, rather than show the football, we had to watch 30 big men chase an egg on tv for 80 mins.

This used to be my local and is quite a fascinating place.

The beer isn't great but 'broken glass'? really? This pub has 2 pool tables, which wins points in my book (although they are a bit sticky and not quite the right size). The lager is cheap and the atmosphere is generally lively. Also, I bet the person who rates it the worst in SE London has never been to Woolwich.

Very nice leather armchairs. Air-con looks a little out-of-date.
