My dear friend and I have upset many a guardian reader on a Saturday morning by daring to sit at "their" table. Ah, the "yessssssssssssss" feeling one gets when nabbing a window seat.

Great pub, always welcoming. I feel sorry for the people who eat downstairs though because we tend to stand nearly on top of them whilst smoking ... not for much longer though :-(

The Oban Inn, Oban
Happy memories of this pub. Always cosy, always friendly. And near the chippy which does the best fish supper in the whole of Scotland.
