The Chancellors, Hammersmith

I have used this pub for 30 years, staff all lovely, may well not be the taste for the very young but there are many of us who dont want to be blasted out by music and actually want to enjoy our company and drinks, now has a new large screen television which makes for good sports, garden also, darts, seating outside, nice quiet street, give it a try

The Old Suffolk Punch, Hammersmith

I agree with all the reviews below this was my local for 30 years till it changed to the OSP, its lost everything we call "community" "locals" are not welcome, we were ditched and replaced with younger people, but as we all know when the office workers have gone home and at weekends whose left "the locals" and if they have gone elsewhere there's not much left but a till not taking much money, better pubs now not a minute's walk away. My best memory of the Old Suffolk Punch was sunday afternoons when we all went there as families and had sunday lunch, kids all played together, where has that all gone now. VERY SAD.

THE Distillers, Hammersmith

The Distillers has now been open since before Christmas and couldnt be anymore different than it was before, the description above and photo above need updating to reflect the new decor, there are no fruit machines or pool table instead it is comfortably furnished with chandeliers candles and relaxing music, a menu both lunch and evening and the roast on sunday is great, I have been drinking in this pub for over 20 years and was very upset when it closed down thinking it would be ruined but it's not at all, the staff are very friendly, nothing too much trouble, also in the upstairs Regal room is live music and a comedy evening, have a look for yourself
