Come from bournemouth and live in wimbledon - this place is an embarresment to casa bars. Full of scummers at the weekend - thank god it closed down!

Cracking pub with fantastic ales. Good quiz night on tuesdays - get there early though.
Lovely beer garden for the sun too.

I kinda miss Chumleys and my pints of Arc lager in the summer.
Shame it'll always be full of ape like Chelsea fans.
Was there when England won the world cup - great atmosphere and not a hint of trouble.
Nice in the evenings if you like to sweat and dance - not sure if the "please don't dance" sign is a joke!

Nice place for a sunday lunch - quite and very friendly staff. I don't use it during the weekends as I too work in pubs but the missus sings it praises.
As for "people in shoes and shirts don't fight" - you seem rather naive to the real world. To suggest that clothes change your attitude rather than the amount of stella you throw down your neck is a little silly.
And yates is a shit hole - staff are nice though!

I used to spend so much time in here.
Lovely little pub with a nice 18 holes and driving range to boot!
Cracking staff and nice to sit out front when the sun's beaming down in the summer.

I totally agree with the last comments. Little chav's running around at the moment are irritating but it's worth going in during the day - before they all finish school.
Some really nice staff too - sometime feel sorry for them having to put up with the little tossers. Managers need to get some balls and just bar anyone looking like a muppet - i'd use the place again if they didn't all drink in there.
