Horrible place. Rubbish beer, rubbish food, rude staff with an attitude. Best to avoid.

Boathouse, Cambridge

Good food, reasonably priced, quick service, well presented. Would recommend it.

The Regal, Cambridge

Horrible place. Dark, dingy, with a crowd made up of the local wino's and chavs. The doorstaff/bouncers are often aggressive, overly enforcing a queue line to the bar!? Food is also poor.

AVOID.

The Royal Exchange, Haverhill

Best pub in the town by a long way, but still little more than average.

The Bailey, Highbury

Reasonable pub on matchdays but nothing special. Itcan take an age getting served at the bar, the beer is often served in a plastic cup (not their fault, I know), takes watered down and isn't exactly cheap. For some unknown reason I still keep going back though.
