The Golden Ball, Ironbridge

called in last night staff very warm and friendly excellent choice of beers on ladies toilets were very clean

called at the pub last night got very frostr reseption from the scruffy person behind the bar.carling was tangy...tasted like the lines needed a good clean just like the toilets did

Mark_J I am really sorry you did not enjoy your visit to the pub. I do have a few questions to ask if the Mild you were drinking was tangy why oh why did you not bring it back to the bar where the young lady working would of investigated the problem. On looking into it I have found you recieved the last of the barrel. If we had known this at the time it would of been flushed and the new one would of been put on and you would of been offered either of our excellent guest ales at no extra charge. As for how we got Best pub in Telford is due to the fact we pride ourselves on how we look after our customers and are always open to comments as feed back is the only way to discover how to improve things. Thank you for your comments its a shame you could not have made them in person.
