I'd recommend this pub to people in Finchley Central. It has a lively atmosphere and friendly bar staff. Can get very packed on football nights, especially when eastern european teams are in action.

The Elephant Inn, North Finchley
A very good pub. The staff are friendly, Thai food is top quality. The range of beers and other drinks is good although, like all Fuller's pubs, a bit pricey. Popular, but hard, Monday night quiz and usually a good place to watch sport. Overall, please stay away as I don't like going to packed pubs.

The Finchley Tavern, North Finchley
Good "shop front" pub. Mark is a tremendous landlord and his staff are always good and friendly. Can be a bit rowdy though, so maybe not the best pub for you if you hate that kind of thing.
