Nipped in here for a quick 'un while waiting for a train today and it was a cracker. I've not been in for years but the beers were fine, a decent choice and a CAMRA members discount. Food looked okay, TVs were unobtrusive and best of all the Lincoln Green Marion was superb.

Quite soulless but good beer including Black Sheep and a local brew called Truck. We decided to treat our fellow drinkers to a medley of World in Motion, Three Lions, Vindaloo and England's Irie after the juke box proved to be obliging. If you were there - sorry about that!

Called in for a last drink on the way back to my hotel after a concert on a Wednesday night. Very quiet but the Guinness was good and the bar staff were very pleasant.

Mallard beers appear to have been replaced with Lincoln Green brewery ales (see my comments about The Falcon). Busy pub which is very handy for the station. Always worth a visit.
