| II find this to be the only pleasant pub in harrow, staff are nice, to me at least. This is the only place you can sit and have a pleasant drink and not wait an age for it. | Although i had placed a good comment before, i have to agree. This place has gone downhill fast since John, the old Bar Manager, left. The staff don't seem bothered with complaints and the atmosphere has gone. Oscar's was on a winner, proving to be the best Bar in Harrow. Everything was going for it. I drink elsewhere now.
