| A student pub basically, due to its close proximity to the main campuses and uni residential blocks. An ok pub, slightly over-priced unless you have a yellow card (it's a Scream pub) to get you discount. Is usually very busy on weekends. A large sized pub, but with tacky tables and chairs, though I suppose that's best suited when students are the main punters! anonymous - 7 Sep 2006 18:32 |
| Used to go here all the time when I was a student. Is part of the "It's a scream" chain and if you are a student you can get a Yellow Card which entitles you to cheaper drinks depending on what you buy. Was very student-ish and then turned into a hang out for the goths/alternative crowd. Nice enough atmosphere though the toilets are a bit manky. awehla - 20 Mar 2006 13:59 |
