Underrated estate pub - traditional and welcoming, excellent beer quality (try the Mild), and cheap pub food e.g. pizzas. mtaylor40 - 21 Nov 2011 23:04

Pretty good, on the whole, but Punch Taverns now want to close it and re-develop it as housing (Sept 2010). HenPen - 3 Sep 2010 10:38
Recently I re-visited the pub over the Easter period and I can say that the place is a lot better. They have knocked the bar into one. I would usually say that is a bad idea, but it is an improvement for the pub. Also they have started doing pub grub. Good Luck to everyone at The QE, including the dog's ;) Kerrminator - 9 May 2008 09:46
I liked this place a lot - certainly the best I found in the Cherry Hinton / SE Cambridge area. Good range of ales (including mild) and well kept too. Also comes with a very friendly pub dawg. pubcollector - 17 Mar 2008 22:49
