Use to use the place when it first opened. Went in a couple of weeks ago, nothing has really changed, oh apart from the fact that the food is crap anonymous - 15 Oct 2007 15:35
Very popular with the younger crowd. Not bad to drop into on a crawl but best avoided fri/sat evenings. On the 'sophisticated' debate I can only comment that if you find stripey jumpers and check shirts sophisticated then you won't find anywhere more sophisticated than here on a fri/sat night! flanaldo - 28 Dec 2006 14:30
I agree with jemma18. Having London's West End on my doorstep for the last five years is good, but to come back to Preston once in a while and go to a "happening" pub....this is perfect. Although the queue for the bar sometimes can be 4 deep. By the way, does anyone know what a hugh screen is? I've heard of a plasma screen and hugh grant. I think accountants must only be good at accounting. "TRAGEDY".... lerch - 23 Oct 2005 02:57
Did I forget to mention to "nocoolnickname" I'm a sucessfull accountant, sophistocated & I don't like steps. Ha! jemma18 - 7 Oct 2005 18:27
The comment below's obviously from some old fogey. as I said before Squares is brilliant. it's been around for ages so I hear, previously wall street. Bars only last if people buy drinks there! That says it all....... jemma18 - 7 Oct 2005 18:25
