Popped in a few weeks ago for the first time in years to meet a friend for a drink and was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff and customers. Very convenient for town, shopping and library with plenty of parking.

Went into this pub the other day (Spring2014) and its been done up really nicely. Lots of friendly faces when we walked in. Welcoming atmosphere, lovely staff and great entertainment on regularly now. Will definitely return there! :-)

This pub was great years ago Sadly not now,as it attracts all the shit which have been barred from the other pubs in the area.No real ale either.Plenty of punters from the betting shop across the road so the is always hoss racing on t'box in the bar.Local clientele glance over at you to eye you up and down as if you are invading 'their' turf.I would rather go to a cafe for a cup of tea than go in here again.

Last time I visited Gorleston this pub was being refurbished, so I was pleased to have the chance to revisit and check it out. Unfortunately a single glance inside was enough to reveal that no real ale was on offer so I didn't stay.
