| Welcoming pub that was nice and clean. Good choice on the menu, prices were reasonable and food hot and nicely presented. Proper homemade chips as well. Wife has been for sunday lunch and says they used all fresh veg. No real ale but the smiths was spot on served in a proper branded glass and not a hideous scotch glass(pet hate of mine..sorry) Staff very friendly. They were setting up for a private buffet which looked very nice. Some school kids eating their takeaway at the outside seating but nothing to complain about. Proper community local.
