| This really is the dream canalside pub, but we've had two meals here and neither were that good. jonblyton - 8 Mar 2008 14:10 |
| Not really a pub at all. This place is a wonder - no one should be allowed to go to Bradford on Avon without visiting The Lock Inn. The legendary "Boatman's Breakfast" is an all-day breakfast to die for. The setting is delightful, the staff super-friendly and the whole ethos of the place just makes you want to smile. Be prepared to wait for your food if their busy, though, this place is run by real human beings who do what they do brilliantly and at their own best pace! | Now back in full flow - even better than before - go have a really good meal here. 3,000% better than the unwelcoming and expensive hovel opposite (canal tavern). beerman6 - 6 Apr 2007 13:26 |
| Currently having kitchen refurbishemnents . should be even better when they are complete in a week or so. anonymous - 13 Jan 2007 14:39 |
| Fantastic food and plasant service. So glad we crossed the tow path from the disorganisation and poor welcome of the Canal Tavern next door. Well done Dick and Jane! Lovely beerman6 - 31 Dec 2006 16:39 |
