Nice enough local pub, two real ales, the beer garden seems some distance away, but it's in a nice spot between Kings Heath and Moseley and has a comfortable atmosphere. rainlight - 21 Oct 2011 22:36
Certainly a different type of pub to when I last used the Station. Now it's a trendy, contemporary styled bar with state of the art prices to match. Not a great range of beers, or at least nothing much to appeal to me. Service was brisk, not abundant in personality. I think I'm beginning to distrust the concept of refurb. I hope the locals like it, but I doubt I'll be paying many more visits. ILooklikeme - 27 Jun 2011 10:04
Since the refurb' this pub has come on leaps & bounds!! The beer is good as is the food. There is no loud music so you can hear each other speak & the place is altogether ace! brinsley - 21 Nov 2010 20:39
no problems with the ale last night. we tried 2 and they were fine SGA - 21 Nov 2010 15:31
When I visted there seemed to be a good atmosphere and mix of people. Its been recently refurbished. The ale is another story. Three handpumps but only ansells was on. This tasted foul and was obviously off, however member of staff was extremley unhelpful and rude when I asked for them to be changed. Why put ale on when your staff don't know how to look after it or the customers? Straightnochaser - 29 Oct 2010 15:14
