since disco tam left...the quiz night has gone away down the hill...he was the master...grant tries hard...but he's just a pale imitation....bit like father ted and dougal..........and raymond...you could tell him your wife had died and he;d say.....fine...want apint?....emmerdale..eat your heart out

brilliant pub friendly staff
excellent food serve bar lunches 1200-14.0high teas on a saturday 17.30-20.00
live entertainment every saturday night and a brilliant karaoke end of each month.
great atmosphere

A classic local pub- a bit dingy, full of locals of ALL ages, with a dodgy jukebox and even dodgier some-time DJ. But deep down in my heart, I love it.
