| they have excellent facilities for kids and a well maintained garden with climbing apparatus and swings, plenty of tables and benches etc, and a full kids menu too! lynnmacd - 20 Feb 2007 12:09 |

| pity they don't do sandwiches at lunchtime during the music festival week. Just expensive meals! stu - 30 Aug 2004 14:49 |
| Friendly local pub with the right balance between a food/drinking/family pub. Good menu with varying fri/sat specials - would strongly recommend the fish dishes. James Millard - 5 Apr 2004 15:10 |
| Village pub with the accent on home cooked food from local produce and well-kept real ales (currently Butcombe Gold, Otter and Ringwood 49er). Book for Sunday roasts as they command a faithfull following, as do food-based events such as the monthly Curry Night, Burns Night, Valentines Day etc. Small but well-considered wine list.
