Shepard Neame pub with a good selection of the brewery's beer including Autumn Red (in the middle of winter!), beer was in good nick. The pub is fairly large, light and airy, has a real fire. Abteilung - 15 Jan 2012 15:23
Went in here last night (saturday). First off they had no Spitfire on. Next visit to the bar they had only 2 ales from the the 5 hand pumps. Had they run out of beer? No i was told they wanted to clean the pipes so they were not going to put any more beer on. This was at 9 pm.Saturday night in a busy pub!!! Amazing. rpf1955 - 27 Nov 2011 10:32
The beer is well kept in this place, and the staff very friendly. Loos are clean. The food, however, is really dreadful. Go for a beer, don't go to eat! dalkey - 28 Sep 2011 14:29
I quite like Shep's beers so this is a favourite pub in an area where the beer range is getting better by the day. There are several good boozers around the Kings Cross/Euston area now and I have missed my tube on several occassions as a result. This is a nice well-furnished pub with good beer and a friendly ambience. mcroyal - 7 Jul 2011 20:43
