| Gave this place a couple of tries for the first time in a few years. We were pretty disappointed, on both occasions. At the weekend, the food wasn't that special, was overpriced, and service was slow. I tried the "Pint and a staek" offer a couple of weeks later. Steak was tough and overcooked. | I like this pub - dunno why as the food is ok but a bit on the pricey side and the outside revamp isnt matched inside, but.... it is like pubs of old, its kept a public bar and the beer is always good.
