| The Alex sits off a traffic island on the outskirts of Caernarfon town centre. It has a bar to the left and a lounge to the right. There's usually 2 real ales available, Bass & Flowers Original. Beer quality is ok. The Alex is far enough away from the town centre not to attract pub crawlers and tends to have a more elderly regular clientelle.
