| Nice to see a pub that does excellent food but still feels like a pub, with a discreet dining area after going through the welcoming lounge. Usually three or four real ales on including Bradfield's Farmers Blonde. Food is expensive but well worth it - salmon cooked three ways, slightly pink venison, dauphinoise potatoes, not gammon and chips for a fiver. ikay - 24 Nov 2009 21:35 |
