| Traditional local just on the edge of the town centre. Pool table in the room to the left as you walk through the door. The rest of the pub is one large room. It was very busy on Friday night as they were having a charity do. One guy who was doing a sponsored head shave was a real hippy with 2 foot long hair down his back, brave man. Only has one handpump which serves Theakston’s Best Bitter. Not one of my favourite beers as I think it’s really bland but it was kept well enough.
