| Surprised some members had reasonable food here. We received the worst meal we've been served in a very long time. My "steak" in ale pie was all gristle and tasteless chewy meat of the worst imaginable quality. My wifes chicken curry swimming in slimey fat. We complained to two members of staff who seemed unsurprised and unconcerned. Obviously aimed at tourists as nobody would eat here twice! 2/10 as the beer was fairly good! KevG - 7 Sep 2009 10:14 |
| Good food, but place was empty apart from us. Staff hinted that the lack of custom wasn't a one-off. Locals noticeable by their absence. Doesn't look good to visitors when this happens. quietriot - 3 Nov 2008 10:16 |
| Called in while visiting West Wales and had a lovely meal with ahalf of Camerons Trophy. We ate outside as it was a lovely day, and I had no problem with either the food or the beer. gillhalfpint - 10 May 2007 13:49 |
