Worth a visit if you want to stay out late in London - get there early and there's no door charge. Also, has a restaurant, a bar area and a club downstairs so handy for groups. Easy to book an area/get on guest list and staff were friendly when we did.

Food in the restaurant is really good actually, worth a try.

Bad points? It is ridiculously expensive. Honestly eye watering. I know in London you expect to pay a bit more but this is just silly. They serve (and charge you for) doubles unless you SPECIFY and the glasses are so small you could drink it in one... good trick, gets you back to the (ENORMOUS) queue for the bar.

They also CRAM you in, sometimes you can barely move. Saturdays it is a total cattle market, with men leering from the edge of the dancefloor. It can be REALLY uncomfortable.

And the women they put in the loo's, where on earth do you get these people from?!! They are SO rude!! I mean honestly, how dare I use a toilet and not pay for the privelege of being handed a paper towel!!

Thursday and Friday's are best, normal after work crowd. Saturdays are for 'try hards'.

My friend booked a booth and paid his deposit and had had his booking confirmed 2 hours prior to our arrival. Upon our arrival, we were told we couldn't come in because there was a private function going on and as they'd paid more than us there was nothing we could do. We were told, to go to Wax or Digress, where we would recieve the service we'd paid for at Loop. We were also told Wax were expecting us and had a booth and food waiting.
We go to Wax, who were not expecting us and we're treated well by the staff. As a result of the last minute chang, most of the party who were joining us later never made it and my friends birthday was ruined.

First time at this venue was on New Years eve!
Supposed to be a James Bond theme night but not many really dressed up for this - shame as those who did really looked good!
Place was crammed with people, we were all shoved in like sardines, it was rumoured that the Door men were taking over £100 on the door to let people in, When we only payed £20 each for tickets!
Drinks were outrageously expensive - £14 for 2 Gin and Tonics! although we expected to pay alot for the night, this just seems stupid!
The real only let down was the poor bar service of only three people serving on NYE!
Overall -
too many people in one place
Service extremely slow
drinks overpriced
- which is a shame as the venue looks really modern and contemporary and i wouldnt hesitate to go along for a bite to eat on a normal day.

Happy hour is a waste of time and money. Jugs of cocktails only had 4 shots in total. Overpriced even at happy hour.

In the toilets you're greeted by someone who gets p1ssed off if you dont give them at least a pound for them to hand you a paper towel. Unfriendly.

On friday the entire seating area on the middle floor was reserved, with only a handful of people using them. Most people had to stand with their drinks and surrounded by empty seats.

My Saturday night experience -->

To much testosterone on the bottom floor (the club/dance area) with some 'nearly fights' close to happening. Bouncers observational skills clearly lacking because I saw a few people that should have been kicked out for causing trouble (like one bloke blatently spilling his drink on people and then eyeballing them if they took exception).

It's a cheesy and typical 'west end' venue, with a lot of Beckham wannabe's, bad 90's commercial radio techno, and all the blokes and ladies seemingly having shopped at the same place (River Island perhaps?).

Bar service I found wasn't that bad, but then I only went to the bar twice, but the drinks prices were ridiculous (about £9.30 for a Vodka Redbull!!!).

If you like the shallow west-end vibe and geezers up for a bit of biffo, then you'll love this place....especially the dance floor / nightclub area.
