I have been to The Nook a few times now. The main two problems that concern me are 1. that the drinks can be expensive, and 2. everytime i have been there it has been crammed with people, so hardly any space to breathe inside as it is a small bar. Besides that it is a nice friendly place with a good atmospere. There is also a basement area downstairs where they have music and live DJ's. Also there is a few benches outside to make up for lack of space. Overall it is a nice place to go with friends..unless it is completely busy.

great little bar and well worth a visit but be warned - you'll never leave!
Friendly staff, nice atmosphere & good tunes. the beer is well kept, and theres also lots of bottled products to choose from. Spirit selection is great aswell.
they do special offers every week, and the bottled beer of the week is a winner at only 2 a bottle. They also do a pick and mix deal with bottles so the more you buy the cheaper it is.great if its your round and people are asking for peroni's or corona's!
Downstairs is a party room called the cranny! It has a DJ booth, lots of atmospheric lighting and some cool art work. I've been to a few birthday parties down there at the weekends, its nice that there's somewhere to hire in Chorlton on a Friday or saturday night.
I love this bar, thank God it came along when it did!
